Apprentices all have access to central University student wellbeing support offering counselling, disability and mental health services and financial wellbeing support. Any complaints about: (i) academic issues; or (ii) non-academic issues relating to the University’s training, services or facilities, should be referred in the first instance to the First Contact at the University for consideration by the University in accordance its policies including those relating to the escalation of a complaint.
